Who This Session Is For: This session is for women who desire to re-center their lives around Christ and bring clarity, order, and peace to their current season. This session focuses on discernment and orientation, not detailed restructuring or capacity analysis. It is especially helpful if you are: Feeling stretched, tired, or misaligned Navigating competing roles or responsibilities Sensing the need to slow down and discern what truly matters Wanting a Christ-centered rhythm that honors your capacity and calling You do not need to be “caught up,” certain, or clear before coming. This is a space for discernment, not performance. What We’ll Do Together During this one-time, 90-minute session, we will: Prayerfully discern what feels draining, crowded, or unsustainable Clarify priorities, roles, and responsibilities through a Christ-centered lens Name realistic rhythms that support faith, rest, and daily life Name and orient toward a Christ-centered rhythm for the next 30–60 days (up to 90 days as appropriate) This session is shaped by your current season. While it may reflect themes explored in my teachings, the focus is always your life and discernment needs. What You’ll Receive One 90-minute private session (via Zoom) A personalized Christ-centered rhythm plan One follow-up email within 48–72 hours summarizing key insights and including your visual rhythm plan for reference What This Session Is Not Ongoing coaching or counseling Therapy or mental health treatment Crisis support or emergency care This session is a standalone experience designed to bring clarity and direction for a specific season, not long-term structure. Follow-Up Sessions If you find yourself in a new season in the future and would like to revisit your rhythms, you are welcome to schedule another session as availability allows. Each session is booked separately. Investment $150 | 90-minute session A limited number of sessions are offered each month to honor capacity and care.
