Who This Session Is For A private 90-minute session for women who desire to re-center their lives around Christ and bring greater clarity, order, and peace to their current season. Rather than restructuring your entire life, this session creates space to step back, prayerfully consider what you are carrying, and identify what matters most right now. This may be especially helpful if you are: Feeling stretched, tired, or out of rhythm Navigating competing roles and responsibilities Sensing a need to slow down and reconsider what deserves your attention Wanting a way of living that honors both your capacity and calling You don't need to come with everything figured out. This is a space for discernment, not performance. What We'll Do Together During our 90 minutes, we will: Explore what feels draining, crowded, or unsustainable Clarify the roles, responsibilities, and priorities that matter most in this season Identify realistic rhythms that support faith, rest, responsibilities, and daily life Develop a Christ-centered rhythm to guide the next 30–60 days, or up to 90 days when appropriate What You'll Receive One private 90-minute Zoom session A personalized Christ-centered rhythm plan A follow-up email within 48–72 hours with key insights and your visual rhythm plan Investment: $150 | 90 minutes A limited number of sessions are offered each month to preserve depth and care. Please Note This is a focused, standalone experience—not ongoing coaching, counseling, psychotherapy, crisis support, or medical care. Future Rhythm Reset sessions may be booked separately as your season changes. A Gentle Encouragement You don't need to arrive with the answers. This isn't about fixing your life. It's about ordering your life around Christ with honesty, grace, and wisdom. Cancellation Policy Sessions are offered by appointment and begin and end at the scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund. Wellspring services are educational and reflective in nature and are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical care, or emergency services.
